Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, please allow 7-15 business days for delivery within the United States. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed during checkout. Please review these charges carefully before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number along with shipment details will be emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become available.

Returns and Refunds

You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service immediately at vonzablockits712@gmail.com. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cancellation might not be possible.
